Two days can pass so quickly. Recently, the RTG members participated in the annual retreat. The members met again at LEUCOREA, the conference center of Martin Luther University in Wittenberg.
We arrived together by train and after a coffee break and a brief welcome and introduction, we immediately started with the presentations on the projects. The highlight of each presentation was the introduction of the new PhD student of the project. It was their very first close contact with the RTG and it’s members, some of them had just recently arrived in Halle and started their work. However, the advanced PhD students and the PIs warmly welcomed the newcomers and spent a good time together.
